Director of Digital Marketing
Job Description:
The Texas Auto Value Director of Digital Marketing is an integral member of the corporate management support team in assisting general managers and leadership at all departments in each location. Responsible for the passionate and continuous pursuit of delivering engaging, accurate, and relevant digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive opportunities and positive brand awareness for Texas Auto Value’s automotive businesses.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive leadership and dealership general managers to provide strategic digital marketing direction for retail and fixed operations for all Texas Auto Value’s brands
Provide in-dealership digital marketing consultation to leadership and other team members
Utilize analytics to evaluate website traffic and leads and allow access to analytics/reports as needed
Conduct frequent audits relevant to user experience, functionality, and product merchandising of dealer websites
Maintain content and information on social media and other online listing platforms
Assist in internal marketing efforts as it relates to sponsorships, recruiting, and other misc. activations
Stay current and implement the latest digital marketing trends as it is relevant to the organization
Manage, vet, and maintain key vendor and OEM relationships
Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Automotive Digital Marketing and design, implementing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, lead generation, search marketing and web analytics
Google Analytics and AdWords certified
Proven SEO/SEM experience – particularly Google
Strong understanding of website analytics and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Knowledge of design applications and an eye for creative
Familiarity with CRM applications and lead management a plus
Working knowledge of vehicle inventory syndication tools (vAuto, Homenet, etc.) preferred
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proven executive presentation skills

The Texas Auto Value data entry in one of the most fast passed, unique, and expanding dealership in the country. He or she professionally operates the telephone and seamlessly routes calls to the appropriate department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Available to work Monday through Saturday (6 day work week)
Mon-Fri (9 – 5 hours)
Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner on the phone
Works with a team to help achieve the daily tasks.
Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
Provides administrative assistance as needed
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION:
Has a high school diploma or GED
Has a working knowledge of the automotive industry not required but a bonus
Has strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills
Is fluent in English speaking and writing
Comfortable with using a PC.
