– When you live in a title-holding state, the title will be issued to the registered owner/operator of the car, regardless of lien holder

– Customers must always provide the title, if not available in a title holding state, this is a huge red flag!!! Notify someone immediately.

– Always check the vin on your paperwork, door hinge, and windshield to make sure they all match. Doors get replaced and people make mistakes, so make sure all three match prior to sending the photo for verification.

Customer is always the seller/sellers for multiple people on the title.

– Power of Attorney
 Legal document if the name is not correct you are not allowed to scribble or mark out, must download a new copy.

– Bill Of Sale
You are allowed to mark through the BOS and change data as required

– Statement of Fact
 Is a legal document that puts forward the factual information related to a vehicle without any sort of argument.

– Will you be getting an original lien release today? If not, how will we be receiving the original lien release on this one?
– Yes:
Text the lien release to QA Coordinator

– Must always send the cashier’s check via FedEx/UPS with a tracking number.

– Must be sent to the physical mailing address of the bank. 
NO PO BOXES

– Must have loan  account number on the cashiers check 

– TAV Must always keep the bottom half of the cashiers check, which gets turned in with the paperwork.
